As we close out the summer and prepare for fall, we are returning to our Learning Series with a session focused on wellbeing.
Please join us for Wellbeing at Work: Modeling and Monitoring Self-Management. This session aims to support managers' understanding of the complexities of work-related stressors and how to model and monitor self-management. Together, we will reflect on how to best increase staff-wellbeing and functioning in times of stress and distress.
Hosted by Spring Point Partners' Chief Learning Officer, Uva Coles, this session will be facilitated by Laura Hinds, MSW, LCSW (she/her/we), founder and Principal Partner of Hindsight Consulting Group, LLC. With emphasis on clients’ needs and experiences, Laura engages with many non-profits to support their mission alignment, training, and organizational development needs. Laura’s focus is on improving the services being offered to vulnerable populations and increasing racial equity in social services. She dedicates herself to creating empowering educational experiences for providers that positively impact client outcomes. In addition, Laura provides psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and expert testimony in service of special populations.
This session will be especially helpful to executive and senior leaders grappling with staff and talent management and needs.
As a reminder, SPP’s Learning Sessions are optional touchpoints designed to support our partners by providing added resources, convenings, and values-aligned communities.
